Signet Stones and material choice

Signet rings come in all shapes and sizes. Below you will find a number of basic contemporary designs used for signet rings. The most frequently used shapes are:
  • Oval
  • Octagon
  • Obtuse Angel
  • Barrel

The size of the basic shape depends on the size of the hand and obviously on the personal preference of the wearer. The smaller the hand, the smaller the basic shape will be. Please note that we can tailor rings to fit any size of hand.


 

The rings featured below show the basic shapes in a classic design. The distinct classic design is evident when the ring is completely flat and encompasses the stone.
  

Rings set with an oval stone, as shown here, are the most popular models. Those displayed are known as classic oval.
  

The only difference between the various models is the size of the stone. The design of the sides can be broad or slim. These features also apply to the classic obtuse angle models and the classic octagon models. Classic obtuse angle models:

Opening hours: Tuesday to Friday from 10.00 am till 5.30 pm and Saturday from 10.00 am till 5.00 pm. Please note that there is no late night shopping day and that our establishment is closed on Mondays.
